Subunit Operations Research Models and Methods
  - Jensen Library for Windows OS

This is the archive of the complete collection of ORMM, Teach OR and OM/IE add-ins. The archive also includes the folder demo_xls that contain the demonstration files. The archive also includes the folder template_xls. This folder includes Excel data files (.xls) that do not require the add-ins. Some of these files include macros. Both the demo_xls and template_xls folders are within the Jensen Library directory.

The file downloaded from this page is zipped. When it reaches your computer, it will probably unzip automatically creating the Jensen.lib folder. If it does not you must manually unzip the file with some other application. For some reason the unzipped file is paces the Jensen.lib directory within and another directory named Jensen.lib. Drag the inner Jensen.lib directory to the desired location on your hard drive. When downloading new versions of the add-ins, be sure they replace the old versions on your hard disk.

All the files in this collection will run in Excel 2010 for Windows and earlier versions of Excel. The add-ins and files have not been adapted for file structure introduced in Excel 2007. Excel 2007 and Excel 2010 add-in files are suffixed with .xlam rather than .xla. Some of the add-ins address other add-ins by name using the old .xla suffix. You may have trouble if you save an add-ins using the .xlam suffix. I will be working to adapt the add-ins for the new Windows Excel format but they should work in the meantime.

Demonstration files and templates use the suffix .xls rather than the newer .xlsm. Most files will run fine, but naming may an issue if you save the file with the .xlsm format.
