Transformation of Labor and Raw Materials |
|
A company has two plants, P1 and P2, that produce three products,
A, B, and C. The number of labor hours to produce a unit of each
product at the two plants is shown in the table below. The cost
of raw materials for producing the products at the two plants
is shown in the second table. The weekly demand for the products
is 1000, 500, and 700 respectively. There are 1500 labor hours
available at each plant. Find the solution that will meet demand
for the products without exceeding the labor available at each
plant.
